Shrewsbury education lands agency job

A Shropshire lass has joined the Balfours lettings team, in its boutique agency at the Square in Shrewsbury.

Francesca Gelmetti, a former Priory School pupil and student at the Shrewsbury Campus of Chester University, has taken on the role of Lettings Administrator. She explains: “I love being out and about and working under pressure to deliver and achieve. In the couple of months, I have been with Balfours my role ticks all those boxes.”

“Viewing properties with clients is an essential part of the job; then it is important to keep communications open as the letting process evolves. We are seeing significant demand in Shropshire, not only people needing to relocate with jobs, but the draw of a rural county,” she adds.

Lettings manager, Paula Wells, MARLA, says: “Francesca’s degree was in events management – certainly since she has joined us she is demonstrating her ability to work under pressure and achieve, but most importantly to have an empathy with our clients and prospective tenants.”

For Francesca outside work her particularly small sausage dog features large in her life, as does swimming and generally socialising with friends.
