Land with River Severn Frontage
Land with river frontage has been launched to the market by Balfours. Located in the village of Melverley, off the A5 some four miles from Nesscliffe, and 12 miles north of Shrewsbury. Oswestry is ten miles.
The 10.7 hectares – 26.5 acres, is in two lots of similar size, lot one offers 5.1 hectares and lot two 5.6 hectares and will be sold as a whole or in two lots.
