Dream job – King Street

A new sales administrator has joined Balfours sales team at King Street, Ludlow.

Fiona Howles, who has lived and worked in Ludlow for some 8 years, having returned after nearly 20 years in North Wales and Spain, is relishing her new appointment. She reflects: “I have wanted to embrace the world of property, so I was excited to be offered the opportunity.”

Fiona, who achieved A levels and NVQs in Business and Administration, before gaining experience front of house with clients and customers, says the job is more than living up to expectations. “We are in a fantastic location in Ludlow so there is never a dull moment with clients popping in to see us. Also, I get great satisfaction out of composing brochures and ensuring all the fine detail is precise.”

She continues: “I am lucky to have a close-knit team with Balfours partner, Scott Kemsley and Cathrine Barre, both have been a great support in my early weeks. We also have Balfours rural department working from the 1st floor offices, which adds another dimension. Add to that our fabulous purpose refurbished offices – and I suppose you could say I’m in my dream job,” Fiona reflects.
