Shropshire Farmyard wins What House? Award

The What House? Awards, renowned as the Oscars of the UK housebuilding industry has delivered a Shropshire winner in the “Luxury development of the Year” category, 2024. The Farmyard at Grafton, developed by the county’s Dennis Edwards Homes, was awarded the accolade for unparalleled craftsmanship, innovative design and attention to detail.

Currently on the market with Balfours, the three properties/plots are anchored by the sympathetic use of original farm buildings and idyllic rural views. Add to this the energy efficiency and outstanding quality won the development the prized Silver award.

Commenting on the event, hosted by one of the UK’s popular actor’s James Nesbitt, in London recently, (Nov 16/17) Charlotte Edwards, Managing Director of Dennis Edwards Homes, expressed her gratitude: “We are honoured to receive this award which celebrates our commitment to creating homes of outstanding quality.”

Alistair Hilton, head of sales at Balfours added: “We are thrilled and very proud of Dennis Edwards Homes achievements. Their homes are always at the cutting edge, both sympathetic to and enhancing their surroundings, combining an eye to detail, craftsmanship and technology. The three plots at The Farmyard, Grafton are no exception.”
